Warmbrodt Hotel Investments Announces the Sale of Red Roof Inn Benton Harbor-St. Joseph
Warmbrodt Hotel Investments (WHI) announced today they closed the sale of Red Roof Inn Benton Harbor-St. Joseph in Michigan. WHI was the exclusive adviser on behalf of the seller. The property was sold to an institutional investor at an undisclosed price. The purchaser plans renovations to the guest rooms and public spaces.
“The regional buyer is an experienced Red Roof franchisee who has done well with their operations and growth. The corporate disposition received strong pricing in an improving Michigan market,” commented Zane Varvel, Vice President of WHI.
The 108-room Red Roof Inn is only 8 miles from beautiful Lake Michigan, and conveniently located off of I-94 on the Historic Michigan Wine Trail. The hotel offers free WiFi and a flat screen TV in all guestrooms.
